Vivat the Dream ~ Varina Suellen Plonski,

Vivat the Dream
                                     Varina Suellen Plonski, copyright 1991

The Knowne World remembers, 'mid laughter and tears,
This Dream we've been dreaming for thirty-six years.
And in celebration we gather as then,
To be certain the Dream comes alive yet again.

So sing Vivat! the Dream, may it live on
In hearts and in poetry, story and song.
For all men need a Dream, as we all share,
And each time that we gather we dream it again.

Chivalry, Courtesy, Honor and Love
Are Ideals that we cherish all others above.
Ideals are the fire in the hearts of all men.
And each time that we gather we dream it again.

So sing Vivat! the Dream, may it live on
In hearts and in poetry, story and song.
For all men need a Dream, as we all share.
And each time that we gather we dream it again.

Each lord needs a lady to strengthen his arm.
Each lady a lord to keep her from harm.
'Tis Love and the Dream brings together all men.
And each time that we gather, we dream it again.

So sing Vivat! the Dream, may it live on
In hearts and in poetry, story and song.
For all men need a Dream, as we all share.
And each time that we gather we dream it again.

The Knowne World remembers, mid laughter and tears
This Dream we've been dreaming for thirty-six years.
And in celebration we gather as then
To be certain the Dream comes alive yet again.
